Preparing His Bride | May 17, 2025 Covenants are foundational to the spiritual journey, with each participant bringing something valuable to the relationship. When God established His covenant with Abraham, He sought a willing partner through whom He could execute His divine purposes. Every covenant that God established with humanity ultimately points to Christ, the original intention being to shape humanity into vessels that could fully carry the divine nature. The divine plan always involved humanity undergoing tests of obedience. Much like quality control in creation, these tests serve to perfect believers through patience and endurance. This process continues today, as the seed of Christ dwells within believers alongside the Holy Spirit, empowering them to manifest God's nature. The Mosaic covenant wasn't replaced but renewed through Christ. Believers are active participants in this covenant, not passive recipients. While Christ died to translate believers from darkness to light, they must willingly allow the Trinity to dwell within them and actively walk in that light. True dominion isn't about worldly power but about bringing spiritual forces under subjection through the authority received in Christ. This comes through progressive spiritual growth and discipline—consistent prayer, scripture study, and communion with the Holy Spirit. These practices aren't mere activities but essential disciplines that develop discernment and spiritual maturity. Spiritual growth has no endpoint. Even the most mature believers continue learning and developing. Challenges will arise when pursuing spiritual growth—often early in the journey before full strength is developed—but these are opportunities to rely on community and persevere through difficulties. The discipleship journey requires faithfulness and accountability. Regular fellowship, Bible study, and prayer aren't optional but foundational to spiritual development. The covenant relationship is maintained not through fear but through God's enduring love, which nothing can separate believers from. True understanding requires spiritual discernment and connecting related scriptures across the Bible. Just as times and seasons exist on Earth to provide second chances, spiritual revelation follows a cyclical pattern that allows growth through each season. Spirits are influencers that speak to humanity, chart pathways, and reproduce their nature through people. Every belief system and lifestyle stems from a spirit's influence. The spirit of truth acknowledges Christ's coming in the flesh, while the spirit of error denies this reality. Christ came not only in His own flesh but continues to come through believers as His body. To experience transformation, one must reject familiar spirits that perpetuate generational patterns. These spirits maintain family behaviors, belief systems, and even health conditions through DNA. True freedom comes through declaring a new identity: "I am born of God, not of the will of man." Like a Melchizedek priest who is without earthly descent, believers can walk away from generational patterns through intentional lifestyle changes. Transformation demands consistency. When healing occurs, maintain the change through permanent lifestyle adjustments—different foods, environments, relationships, and thought patterns. Don't return to old ways that created previous conditions. The renewal of the mind happens not merely through information but through applying spiritual instructions that reshape thinking and behavior. The communion table represents covenant, where Christ invites all to participate in His broken body and blood. This participation requires discerning the Lord's body—recognizing our connection to other believers rather than focusing selfishly on personal needs. In this covenant, believers find eternal life, the ultimate purpose of revelation. For those seeking deeper understanding, approach scripture with humility. Don't call unfamiliar teachings heresy; instead, recognize God reveals different dimensions to different people. Test everything by the Spirit, interpret scriptures in community with other scriptures, and remember that revelation is entrusted to faithful servants who will teach others. Preparing His Bride | May 10, 2025 Your Christian journey is not meant to be a casual religious experience but a profound transformation into the very nature of Christ. This transformation requires more than knowledge; it demands intentional, intimate fellowship with the Father and the Son through the Holy Spirit. ## The Call to True Fellowship You were created for deep, unbroken fellowship with God—not as a distant follower, but as one who shares His nature. When Scripture speaks of fellowship with the Father and the Son, it describes a state of being where you express Christ rather than yourself. The Holy Spirit never speaks of Himself but always reveals Christ—this is the pattern you are called to follow. The world has created civilizations designed to shape you into its image. Similarly, God's Spirit creates His own civilization within you, conforming you to the image of Christ. Your responsibility is to choose which civilization will govern your being. ## The Obstacle of Divided Attention Many believers today live with divided hearts. Digital distractions, social media, and worldly pursuits have quietly replaced the conscious awareness of the Holy Spirit's presence. These modern "oracles" captivate your soul and deposit foreign seeds that compete with the seed of Christ. Unlike the prophets who separated themselves to be tutored by God, you may be trying to follow Christ while remaining firmly planted in the world's ways. This divided attention prevents the complete work of transformation the Spirit desires to accomplish in you. ## The Path of Transformation True transformation comes only when you see Christ as He truly is. "We know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is." This sight doesn't come easily—it requires: 1. **Following without compromise**: Like Elisha who refused to leave Elijah's side, you must follow the Spirit persistently, even when He leads to places of death to self. 2. **Crossing your Jordan**: The Spirit will lead you to places where your flesh must die. It is only after crossing this river of death to self that the revelation of Christ becomes possible. 3. **Allowing mortification**: The Holy Spirit must kill what is dead in you before quickening your mortal body. "If the Spirit of Him who raised Christ from the dead dwells in you, He will also give life to your mortal bodies." 4. **Singular focus**: "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness." Nothing else deserves your primary attention. The seed of Christ must be the only seed you nurture. ## The Cosmic Significance Your transformation is not merely personal—it affects all creation. Just as cosmic events surrounded Christ's death and resurrection, your development into Christ's image impacts the physical world around you. "The whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs...waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God." When one person—Noah, Joshua, or Christ—walked in complete alignment with God, their actions affected the sun, moon, waters, and earth itself. Your transformation has similar significance in God's plan for creation. ## The Divine Invitation You have within you both the spirit of Christ and the Holy Spirit—a double portion of divine enablement. This is not for your glory but for God's purpose: that Christ would be revealed through you. The Father and Son invite you into their fellowship, where you can know and express Christ as He truly is. This fellowship doesn't happen accidentally—it requires intentional submission to the Spirit's leadership, allowing Him to reveal Christ in ways that transform you from within. Stop living with a divided heart. Abandon the competing seeds that distract you from Christ. Follow the Spirit wherever He leads, even through death to self. Then you will see Christ as He is and be transformed into His image—the ultimate purpose of your creation and redemption.
