***Trigger warning- ED*** I promised a few months ago I would deep dive into my binge eating disorder and after putting off recording it for so long, I finally did it. This was a hard episode to record. Nobody wants to admit the fact that food has control over them and inhibits their daily lives. It's such a vulnerable thing and I hope by sharing my story it'll help at least one person struggling with an eating disorder to get help. I also hope this episode just helps open up the conversation around how common it is to not have a healthy relationship with food. Always remember my DMs are open if you want to continue the conversation or confide in someone with your struggle. You do NOT have to go through this alone.
