In this episode, I talk with Dr. Brad Bass about his fascinating and impactful career as an environmental scientist. His career has spanned various sectors, including research, teaching, policy, and mentorship. Notably, he served on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change committee, which was awarded the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize, created the innovative software COBWEB and its accompanying lab at the University of Toronto, and conducted research essential to implementing a groundbreaking green roof bylaw in the City of Toronto. Dr. Bass shared some super interesting insights in this conversation and was such a delight to talk to!
