Descripción

Have you ever taken time to sit down and review your values and make sure they align with those you surround yourself with? Your employer, friends, colleagues? Today, I'm going to encourage you to check-in with yourself. Sit down and spend a little time each day over the next week and start writing down the words that come to mind. Think about… * Your role models - why do you admire them? Why do you find them inspirational? * Your passions - activities, hobbies, causes, what energizes and inspires you? * Your choices - think about past decisions - why did you support this cause or that cause? * Think about important moments in your life when you felt particularly proud, fulfilled, satisfied - why was that? * Listen to your gut - Pay attention to your intuition and inner sense of what feels right or meaningful to you. Your gut feelings can often provide valuable guidance about what truly matters to you on a deeper level. Remember that identifying your values is an ongoing process, and it's normal for your values to evolve and change over time as you gain new experiences and insights. Be patient with yourself and allow yourself the space to explore and clarify what matters most to you.
