This week we talk about how we spend so much of our time wasted on what other people are thinking.  Other people’s negative opinions are likely reflecting their own limiting beliefs about life. New thoughts of the week- who can you teach that doesn't yet know they have 60,000 a day!

This week we talk about vulnerability and what the Queen herself Brene Brown has taught me and my family. I recommend her audio The Power of Vulnerability more than her books, you need to hear her voice and how relatable she is. She talks highly about Shame, Guilt and Authenticity in ways that saved hours of therapy that we didn't need to do.  New thought of the week- How can I laugh more??

This week we are talking about GOALS! Why you should have goals and how to actually believe them and achieve them.

In this episode, we talk about growth mindset vs fixed mindset. Also, discuss more about thoughts and feelings. Are you the one thinking your thoughts or are you thinking what someone else has told you to think??
