Melanie and I had a wonderful conversation about owning your perspective, and the journey it requires to have a perspective in the first place. Melanie spoke about her process of balancing being a lady and fully expressing herself in a way that works for her. We talked nature versus nurture regarding gender difference. And how to appreciate the difference between men and woman as the gift of polarity. People, if you want to find your voice, use it!
