It is Run Day! After 2 1/2 months of training and preparing, today is the day that we run in the 5K Fun Run for charity. Picking up steam

Over the hump

in this 30 minute workout, I run for 4 minutes then walk for only 2 minutes. Now we are running more than we are walking and covered 2.6 miles in the 30-minute workout. This is the next step in our goal to run 5K (3.1 miles).
