in this episode i attempt to break down how to heal from complicated relationships. healing is even harder whenever you can't walk away from those relationships. i also break down my own self discovery of being an angry person and how to better myself from it. with discovering anger, you sometimes uncover resentment as well, which is something else i discuss and how i've personally healed from it throughout the years.
