Are we willing to reveal our weaknesses to build healthy communities?  In this session, Mike looks at the health of communities. If we want truly healthy communities, we need to be willing to reveal our weaknesses. Acts 2:42-47 shows us what a healthy community looks like – we can use this passage to evaluate ourselves and identify areas where we need to change.

14 Your Voice or His?

Are people listening to Jesus or just us?  In this session, Mike reminds us that it is our responsibility to teach people to obey Jesus and hear His voice for themselves.

15 Pavement Chocolate Cake

Are you guiding with discernment?   In this session, Mike explains that as leaders, we should be doing most of the discipleship and should be the greatest influence on believers’ lives, helping them navigate away from poor influences and decisions.

06 McDonalds or Steak?

Is preparation really important?  In this session, Mike emphasises that we need to ensure we are adequately prepared each time we get together. We need to spend time before God in prayer for the people, listening to what He wants to do, and following the Holy Spirit as He leads.

10 The Role of Accountability

Are we being accountable?  In this session, Mike reminds us of the importance of accountability. Accountability is a tool to help us become more like Christ – it is a lifestyle, not a system.
