Companies House is an executive agency of the UK Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). We incorporate and dissolve limited companies, register company information, and make that information available to the public in the official government register of UK companies. There are more than 4 million companies registered in the UK, and over 500,000 new companies are incorporated each year. Our podcasts cover a range of subjects. These include talking to directors about their experiences of incorporating and running a company, and interviews with our staff members about topics that matter to you.
