Varsity 2026 Preview, will it be a winning year for Team Glos?

We are back with an additional episode this week ahead of a very exciting week for #TeamGlos... VARSITY. Join us for an exclusive preview of what's in store across the week of sporting fixtures against University of Worcester. Firstly, we welcomed SU Officer Freya back to the podcast and chatted about what Varsity is and her experience of organising it in comparison to being Dance Captain last year. Then we chatted to Sports Journalism students Dan and James who will be taking part in Varsity this year. They talked about the atmosphere, #TeamGlos community and how they gained practical experience for their course through post match interviews and commentary on the livestreamed games in previous years. And as always we are back with another segment of student meals of the week, not quite athlete fuel though...
