Descripción

Guys—it’s finally here! My full talk from Camp Social 🏕️ Three years ago, I promised myself I’d take a solo travel trip every year. It started in Costa Rica, Santa Barbara, and this year’s adventure led me straight to the Poconos for the ultimate Parent Trap–themed summer girls camp: Camp Social. Think: new friends from across the country (and the world 🌎), reliving that childhood camp magic, laughing until your stomach hurts, trying new things, and completely detaching from life’s stressors. Forget the bar nights and crowded festivals, this is where freedom lives. It’s late-night talks under the stars, campfire energy, messy fun, and the kind of soul-refresh you didn’t know you needed. Press play and come with me to camp—it’s time to feel like a kid again!

Why you're better at your job than you think

Hey beautiful butterflies. Today’s episode is your gentle reminder that you’re actually better at your job (and life) than you think you are. We’re talking about imposter feelings, self-doubt, and all those little lies your brain tells you when you forget how capable you really are. ✨ Key Talking Points 1. Do you question yourself often? Good. That means you care. It means you want to grow, and people who reflect deeply tend to perform better — even when they don’t see it. 2. Do people come to you for help? They do because they trust you. You’ve built credibility just by showing up consistently, being reliable, and giving thoughtful advice — even when you doubt yourself. 3. Do you cringe at your past work? That’s called growth, baby. The fact that you can see how far you’ve come means you’ve evolved. You’re not stuck — you’re improving. 4. You handle feedback maturely. You listen, you adapt, you evolve — that’s emotional intelligence at work. Most people avoid feedback, but you face it with grace. 5. You compare yourself to the best. It’s not arrogance — it’s ambition. You’re wired to want more, and that drive will take you far. Just remember, comparison is fuel, not a finish line. 6. Inefficiency frustrates you. That’s your leadership peeking through. You see how things could be smoother, smarter, better — and that awareness is powerful. 7. You know there’s so much more to learn. That humility keeps you sharp. The best people never stop learning — and that’s you. 💌 Closing Message Whatever you’re doing in life... your job, your relationships, your healing...you’re doing better than you think. Talk to the person who needs to hear this today. Send them this episode, or just remind them: you’re already growing, even when it doesn’t feel like it.

43. Mad Girl Club: When Your Inner Child Still Wants to Throw a Tantrum

So, you’re not 6 anymore. But tell that to the version of you who still wants to slam a door, yell a little too loud, or hit someone with the silent treatment when you're pissed. In this episode, I’m talking about anger—mine, yours, the kind we were never taught how to deal with. Because I still feel it. I still let it build up sometimes. I still want people to know how mad I am. And sometimes… I act like it. But I’m learning (slowly) that anger isn’t just this big scary thing to stuff down or explode out. It’s actually a huge neon sign pointing toward what I care about. What I value. What I love. And what feels off. We’re digging into: * The child in you that still wants to be heard—loudly * Why your anger isn’t random—it’s rooted * How to use that fire to actually talk about the thing instead of blowing it up * Why being a “mad girl” doesn’t make you bad, it makes you honest If you've ever been too emotional, too reactive, or too quiet-but-deadly, this one’s for you. We’re not shaming the rage my conscious butterflies.......we’re learning how to let it guide us back to what matters.. GOD SPEED IG @conscious.butterflies @emmm_du
