Descripción

There are certainly many other factors that contribute to becoming successful or accomplished. I, however, believe that embracing ones difference and uniqueness makes success more tailored and purposeful. It takes great courage to look within. It’s all part of the truth that we are all uniquely, wonderfully and intentionally made, and therefore, have unique skills and intricacies in us. What do you think? Feel free to share your thoughts!

Q&A- Blood Sisters, waiting for ‘the one’, sex education, time with God, self care & Feminism.

You asked these amazing questions! Thanks to you, we have a great episode! Please feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section. The answers here are certainly not exhaustive. For instance, for career success as a Christian, I find that obtaining God’s favour in all is key as well! (The race is not to the swift, but to He that shows mercy). It’s all about balance in playing our path and trusting God for His direction, guidance and favour. In terms of feminism, I understand that many of us are scared to use the term as many have defined it wrongly. There ought to be balance in all things. Feminism as I understand it, should not disregard the rights of men or their value to us and society. Again, it is promote equality amongst the sexes. Shout out to James Makoji for this question! Finally, in spending time with God, it’s so crucial to recognize that we are consistently fed with all sorts of information once we pick our phones or step out of our doors. We are transformed by the renewal of our minds, and if our minds are filled with everything that opposes God and inner peace, how are we supposed to flourish in Him, yeah? Understanding this, I find that feeding my mind with God’s word and truth is a non-negotiable- to remind myself of what and who God says I am and of the character and heart of God.
