Claus Bachor One of Germanys Pioneers and enthusiast of electronic music delivers a fantastic new Episode (Vinyl only). Once he started as DJ in the 1970s playing Soul and Funk Records, Resident at the legendary Rave Club in Cologne together with Roland Casper followed by Gigs in the US and across Europe. In 1991 he founded 'PSYCHO THRILL' Cologne - started as an event series wednesdays in Cologne followed by the label and sublabels as Authentic Music, Degu Technique Recordings and Sky's Ablaze Records. The Psycho Thrill club and vinyl label has just turned 24 and Bachor is still doing bookings all over Europe, the United States and beyond. His career as Chief Editor for CUT Magazine, Journalist for Raveline and Publisher of D2000 Magazine was always bonded with electronic music. Not to forget cooperations and hostings at Radiostations such as Evosonic Radio, Cosmium Radio and actual Spy in the House. His long-term affiliations with Detroit techno music and also his journalistic involvement with the topic of Detroit Techno/ Electro/ Chicago-House as an author/editor over the years has made him a world renowned expert. This experience and vast knowledge of the techno genre has led him to appearing in many documentaries, the most noteable being 'High Tech Soul' which focused on the creation of Detroit techno music. Other film credits include being involved in the highly acclaimed 'We Call it Techno' documentary which focused on Germany's early techno scene and club culture.
