Not only did Jonathan live the wild tour life of one of the wildest hardcore bands to ever exist, he is also a dad and a licensed therapist. Jonathan shares stories from his days with The Chariot, and then talks about what it's like to be a dad, a husband, and a foster parent. Jonathan also gets into mental health, how therapy can be a tool as we work to be the best versions of ourselves, and what the world is really looking for. Welcome to the Dads Who Mosh Podcast! This week, Nate shares his story about how his nose was broken during a Missing Link set and Jesse admits that he didn't put enough sunscreen on his kids.
