Descripción

BonFUCKINGjour, my beautiful divers, The first DIVE of our Los Angeles season has arrived. I had the deep joy of opening this chapter in conversation with Alessandro Marinno—an angel of a friend, and a director, writer, actor, and meditation teacher whose spirit feels like a quiet lighthouse. For which I’m endlessly grateful. In part one of this dive, we wander through presence's pursuit—through art, through soccer, through the tender edges of addiction—and how those disorienting moments of being lost often turn out to be sacred crossings, leading us exactly where something in life is waiting for us. I couldn't possibly feel more aligned than to be launching the Los Angeles season of Dive In Wonder with Ale and having Luke and Georgia behind the camera. Inside DIW's new home base; Better Bowls West Hollywood. This will be a season of wonder, growth and cheekiness and I couldn't be happier to have you here.  Thank you for having the courage to dive in wonder x Je vous aaaaaimeeeee ptainnn

Dive In Wonder with Alessandro Marino (PT2)- Intuition vs Fear, Journaling & Developing a Higher Taste

BonFUCKINGjour, my beautiful divers, Part two of first DIVE of our Los Angeles season has landeddd. I had the deep joy of opening this chapter in conversation with Alessandro Marinno—an angel of a friend, and a director, writer, actor, and meditation teacher whose spirit feels like a quiet lighthouse. For which I’m endlessly grateful. In part two of this dive, we wander through the delicate art of differentiating fear from intuition, the role journaling plays in hearing ourselves more clearly, how to recognise whether something is a conditioned habit or inner wisdom speaking, and what it means to slowly develop a higher taste for the life we actually want to live.

Love in the Era of THE ICK: Are We Compromising or Settling? Red flag OR boundary? - Dive In Wonder with Sammy Allsop & Wesley Tan

In the era of The Ick… does compromise mean settling? And where’s the line between a red flag and a boundary? In this chaotic, honest, and painfully relatable episode of Dive in Wonder, I sit down with besties Samantha Allsop and Wesley Tan to explore the emotional labyrinth of modern relationships: why we discard people so quickly, how childhood wounds shape our “ick radar,” and whether we actually lose ourselves before we even know who we are. From snort-kisses to shadow boxing, bullying boyfriends (lovingly), social icks, glitter metaphors, and the very serious philosophical question: “How much of the ick am I to other people?” — this conversation dives into the messy continuum between quirks, icks, red flags, and genuine dealbreakers. We talk compatibility, compromise, settling, why relationships feel transactional today, and what it means to listen to our guts vs our unhealthy attachments.  It’s funny, vulnerable, chaotic, and weirdly clarifying — dive in.
