Descripción

Deepen Your Calm in Stillness I see the divine light within you. In this guided practice, you’ll work with a steady breath pattern: inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 8, and rest in a gentle 2-count pause at the end. That soft space after the exhale helps your body learn that emptiness can be safe, building deeper calm, emotional resilience and a quieter mind. This session is ideal when you feel overloaded, after emotional release, or when you want to move from surface relaxation into a more anchored inner stillness. All you need to do is follow the count, keep your body relaxed, and let the breath reorganise your nervous system from the inside. If at any point you feel dizzy, tight in the chest or uncomfortable, shorten the counts, remove the final 2-count pause, or return to your natural breathing. Your pace is the priority. There are 36 repetitions for about 11 minutes. The first two are guided, then to deepen your work, I left the bip and just "inhale". May you feel grounded, seen and spiritually sovereign. #DivineMoonLifePodcast #DivineMoonLife #SpiritualPodcast #PodcastForWomen #WomenWhoHeal #InnerTransformation #Breathwork #GuidedBreathwork #BreathworkForWomen #NervousSystemRegulation #SomaticHealing

Breathwork 4-4-4-4 Box Breathing for Breath & Boundaries

This episode guides you through box breathing: a simple, structured pattern where you inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold for 4. This even rhythm helps calm the nervous system, steady the mind, and create an inner sense of structure and safety. Use this practice before a difficult conversation, when you need to say “no,” or anytime you feel scattered and want to come back to your center. Box breathing is a powerful ally for boundaries, clarity, and emotional grounding. I see the divine light within you. May you feel grounded, seen and spiritually sovereign. #DeepCalm #Breathwork #ConsciousBreathing #NervousSystemRegulation #StressRelease #EmotionalWellbeing #DivineMoonLife #WomenWhoHeal #InnerTransformation #SpiritualCoaching #EnergyHealing
