We are attached to a lot of things in our life - relationships, jobs, the identity we have for our ourselves, and most of the time we'll find the attachments only bring us suffering and pain when these things eventually go. So we're going to break down attachment and discuss how how it plays out in all areas of our lives, and then onto how we can detach and break that cycle of desperately holding on.
