Descripción

In this episode [https://youtu.be/uwkOK8R0nxs], Emily puts her ADHD ramblings and psychology degree to good use and discusses her life and mental health with Hannah Ibay, LCSW. Hannah is Emily's qualified college bestie and a licensed therapist, so no one better to help introduce Emily's "dysfunktional" life to the world.  This podcast is a platform that helps those struggling with mental health by sharing our own stories and helping you all share yours.  Every 43 seconds someone is lost to suicide. Emily has personally lost a loved one to suicide. His 28th birthday would have been today, November 14th. So in honor of Anthony, Emily presents to you her first ever mental health podcast episode with the hopes that at least one person watching will be impacted enough to stay with us, even on the days it feels like you can’t anymore.  Also, apologies in advance for the secondhand PTSD. Thankfully, we’ve got a licensed professional on speed dial! No, but seriously, if you are in a crisis please dial 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are in NV or UT, reach out to Hannah Ibay, LCSW, for professional mental health assistance on her website [https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/hannah-p-ibay-henderson-nv/1411673] This podcast is powered by Pinecast [https://pinecast.com].
