Dyslexia & My Experience
Dyslexia & My experiences E8 Dyslexia and switching off In today episode I spoke about my challenge with switching my brain off. I am known to be an over thinker and my brain feels like it’s constantly thinking about things. Whether this is about work, something that happened a couple weeks ago or a conversation I had years ago and should have said something. I’m curious to know if other dyslexic people have this challenge of always thinking and what you do about it. I did mention that having a routine has really helped my brain to switch off. As during either gym or dance my brain leaves me be and I can get on with it. Is there a way to train your brain into thinking less at certain times🤨 Let me know if you are like me and struggle with switching off. Also if you have overcome this let me know in the comments. #dyslexicandproud [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/dyslexicandproud/] #dyskexia [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/dyskexia/] #dyslexiaawareness [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/dyslexiaawareness/] #dyslexic [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/dyslexic/] #neurodivergent [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/neurodivergent/] #neurodiversity [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/neurodiversity/] #brain [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/brain/] #train [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/train/] #routine [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/routine/] #structure [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/structure/] #trainyourbrain [https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/trainyourbrain/]
