This transmission moved through me as a full-body knowing. We often try to heal the form — the body, the mind, the identity — believing something is broken. And while healing may help release stored emotions and soften the grip of stories… it’s still rooted in a belief that the form needs fixing. But the deeper truth is this: You are not the form. You are the awareness that emanates the form. You are life itself. When you remember that — truly feel it — so much of what you were trying to heal simply falls away.
