An Honest Conversation Around Mental Health

An episode that took a lot us to record but led to a result that we’re both incredibly proud to share. Fenella and I talk about our individual struggles and journey with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, our journey up to this point, what it takes to be human, and where we are now. Spoiler alert - we’re both now in a positive place! True vulnerability and honesty from both of us, and some moments that were deeply challenging for us to share, but overall you will hear our positivity about what it takes to live a life in which honest conversations about mental health are as vital as societies more accepted conversations on physical health. *TRIGGER WARNING* Please be aware that this episode comes with a trigger warning as contains a discussion around mental health challenges, previous suicidal thoughts, and also abuse.
