Who? * Who is completing the action step? * Who is doing the goal? * Who is holding you accountable? * Who is there for moral support? Why? * Why do you want/need to start this goal? * Why do you want/need to achieve this goal? * Why is it important to you that you achieve this goal/take this action? * Ask why at least 5 times.
