Dear friends, We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Everyday Longevity, our new podcast series within A Parliament of Owls! At 76 and 78, Janice and I have learned a thing or two about living well. Janice is a five-time cancer survivor—her mantra, “Check early, check often,” saved her life. I’ve been sober since 1987, finding strength and inner peace in staying fit, playing pickleball, lifting weights, and discovering the value in good friends. Together, we’re on a mission to die young at an old age—and we want you to join us. In Episode 1, we share the wake-up call that changed everything: a lecture that led us to ditch grains and sugar, start fasting, and feel better than ever.
