Dr Hideyuki Nagao discusses the differences between the successful and unsuccessful split jerk he found in his recent study. Dr Nagao is a faculty member at Sakushin Gakuin University. His research focuses on sports biomechanics and exercise science. In weightlifting, Dr Nagao provides research support to the Japanese national weightlifting team. Enjoy!
