We have worked with both. And both do provide a means to market a property. But there is a clear winner based on our horrific experiences supported by both Video evidence and police reports, that AirBnb's knee jerk reaction to support the guest when there is a dispute. Savvy guests now know that they can hold property owners for ransom if they choose while requesting free rooms if they like in response to minor inconveniences both real or fabricated. Granted most guests would not do this, but it does happen unfortunately. Listen to our experiences and decide for yourself if you are looking at renting property and want to know what happens when a dispute with a guest occurs.

In fact, home ownership in Brazil is also much more attainable in terms of cost for what you get in return than US market and Swedish market according to my co-host Felix.
