Descripción

More Descendants, More Corruption and a Flood – Part 2 Episode 010: Genesis Chapter 6-9 has just landed. A short series of the first 11 chapters of Genesis, and how they help us understand the the outworking of the rest of the Bible narrative. So, last episode we saw just how far the people had fallen into wickedness and sin. But this time, in a kind of reversal of Genesis 1, God determines to wipe out man, animals, creeping things and birds, An indication of just how corrupt things had become. He was sorry that He had made them… Then just when all hope seemed lost, verse 8 of chapter six is dropped in our laps and hope is found and, maybe restored again: “But Noah, found favour, in the eyes of the Lord”

Episode 008 - Bonus Episode

Episode 8 is upon us and for this episode we are taking a short break from my mini series on Genesis chapters 1-11. Instead, I am having a chat with my wife Rosalyn about Early Onset Alzheimer's disease. We discuss how my diagnosis had an impact on our family in the beginning, it's progression and how it has changed our life today. At some point in the near future, Rosalyn and myself will be holding a questions and answers episode, both on the Genesis 1-11 series and what we have learnt about living faith and with dementia. If you have any questions on either subject that you would like us to discuss, you can email me at: faithoverdementia@gmail.com My website: https://faithoverdementia.wordpress.com/ I am also on Facebook and Instagram as faithoverdementia.
