Dr. Michele Koons is the curator of archaeology at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. She is especially interested in ancient political dynamics, social networks, and how people of the past interacted with their environment. Michele has conducted archaeological research throughout the United States, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, and China. Michele grew up outside of Philadelphia and attended the University of Pittsburgh for her BA and the University of Denver for her MA degree, where she explored the site of Tiwanaku in Bolivia. Michele went on to Harvard University for her PhD and pursued research on the Moche archaeological culture of Peru. She currently conducts research in the American Southwest, on Colorado’s Front Range, and in Peru. Tameca L Coleman is a singer, multi-genre writer, itinerant nerd, and point and shoot art dabbler in Denver, Colorado. Their work explores heartbreak and healing, finding the words for our experiences, familial estrangement, being ‘in-between’ things, finding beauty, even during times of strife, and movement towards reconciliation. Their writings have been published in Pulpmouth, Rigorous Magazine, Inverted Syntax, Full Stop Reviews, Heavy Feather Review, Lambda Literary, and more. She founded the Rocky Mountain Artists' Safety Alliance, and works as a safety consultant for immersive productions, larps, and educational programs throughout the USA. She gets paid to make cops cry, she clowns professionally, she adopts special needs animals, and she's a badass DM. Sujana Chand is a professional Singer and Actress from California. She is a graduate of Tisch School of the Arts at NYU and has since toured with both Broadway shows (Bombay Dreams) and Cirque du Soleil (O, Salitmbanco and Wintuk). She has vast experience performing on stages with various theatres all over the country. Sujana was most recently sailing around the world, entertaining guests globally with Princess Cruises.
