We will slow the breath, release tension, and soak in Psalm 34:18 (NIV): “The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Best for: heavy emotions, stress, grief, anxious nights, bedtime winding down Sleep safety: This is a bedtime meditation.
