Introducing the Forming Fathers Movement

We spoke about his book "Family First - Tales of a Working Father" and why it was so impactful for a dad to talk about the struggles of juggling a career and fatherhood. We felt this interview was critical to be the beginning of the podcast's life because it was an opportunity to pass the torch from father to son.
