Friends with Everyone
If you are feeling sad, anxious, depressed, or stressed... you are NOT alone. I recently have been feeling those normal life pressures and realizing how it has impacted my mental health. So I decided to talk about it. No - it's nothing profound. And yes - I am fully aware that mental health is extensively more than what I talk about. But I hope it's a start. A start in discussing how our mental health is impacted, how we can protect it, how we can support it, and how we can take care of it if more serious illnesses and issues arise. And how we can be present for others who are suffering.
