Hey family. All is well and I thank you for tuning it. Welcome to ‘A PAUSE’ . A pause in everything around us to reflect and renew our minds or even pray over someone else’s mind.  Mental Health Awareness | Suicide Prevention  Have a seat and really ask Holy Spirit to reveal things to you during this one.  Before God even placed it on my heart to talk about this I had no idea it was suicide prevention month! So the end of last week rolls around and Holy Spirit is downloading all these things to me and I create them into notes and decide that is what I’ll share this week. God bless you and always remember you are never alone don’t listen to the lies. You are strong though Christ sis, I’ve been there. My personal DMs and our Ministry DMs are always open for prayer and talk. Questions you can ask yourself to reflect  1. Are you confident in who you are?  2. Do you rejoice in your weakness, knowing its Christ who strengthens you?  3. Do you think positively  ?  4. Do you forgive people easily ?  5. What does it mean to be a Woman of God to you?  6.
