What do two baby girls and a puppy have to do with home financing? Everything. I remember the day my husband and I returned home from our honeymoon. I remember each of the days we brought home our baby girls from the hospital. I remember the day we lost our 13-year-old yellow lab and the day we brought home our new puppy. When I think of these significant life events, I also remember the homes we were living in when each of these happened. Home ownership to me is remembering the simple pizza nights, the celebrations, the evenings with our kids running around the yard, the romantic dinners, the family cookouts and the happy hours with friends. Everyone should be able to have a place to call home, to tie their key events to a time AND a place. A home is a place of peace, a place of safety, your own personal retreat, a place where you can walk in the door and just…exhale. I am blessed to wake up each day and finance memories - to help others achieve the dream of owning the place where their life events will occur.
