This week I sat down agin with conscience and we chatted about going to Therapy. What started out as a planned chat about onbe particular topic soon moved on to something a little deeper. It wasn't planned but when are we ever going to stick to the map - sometimes the bets conversations are had when you head off road a little bit. S2E6 We Chat With Conscience Corner

Unfortunately Wes couldn't be with us due to work commitments however I was able to convince Conscience Corner (Aisling) to fill in at short notice. I really wanted to talk about the Mens Hike on Saturday just gone and not let the event go unmarked. We nearly forgot to give a shoutout to our new friend Sean Dutton who we met at the shelters in Portmarnock who is celebrating a huge milestone in his life. Hopefully balance will be restored to the force and we will get Wes back into the hot next week. I doubt that there are too many people out there who will want to hear a husband and wife shooting the breeze no matter how serious the topic.
