Noelle Lambert: Born to Run, Built to Inspire

This week, we’re joined by Noelle Lambert, a 2x Paralympian, Survivor Season 43 cast member, and founder of The Born to Run Foundation. In 2016, she lost her left leg in a moped accident while playing lacrosse at UMass Lowell. Instead of letting that moment define her, Noelle came back stronger, competing for Team USA, launching a foundation to support other amputees, and becoming a motivational speaker.  In this conversation, Noelle reflects on her life before and after the accident and shares how sports helped her rebuild her confidence. Her story is one of resilience, perspective, and never backing down from a challenge.
