in this episode i honestly am yapping about my fair share of rejection and telling you the "negative" feelings we get post rejection aren't always that bad.

the year of writing, 2023 wrapped

probably the most cringe episode i have yet . jk "cringe" is not real. i talk a lil bit about 2023 and give you little snippet of what's in my little green book. at the end of the day the perception of other is dead and i don't know what i want out of 2024 but i know that it's up and it's stuck!
