Hey Y’all, We made it back on time this week! ADHD did not win this week!! I’ll let you know what did, our inner battles with body dysmorphia and everything that comes with it. You would think that past a certain age, one would get over it… welp, these ones here…. We still living it, breathing it, and there’s no respite in sight. It’s not all bad though. Even though we may take it a little far with being disgusted with how we perceive ourselves…. We have learned about eating better, what needs to be done to stay in shape and most importantly is having a healthy relationship with food. Understanding that Sugar is the 1# enemy. We delve into all things uncomfortable this week. We share our personal battles with our own weight struggles and we get real about it. We tackle the uncomfortable topic of Obesity and what some may deem to be unpopular opinion about it. We are unapologetic this week… we said what we said… these are our opinions and while some things are said in jest, it’s not our problem if you get offended. Today we talk Benito Bowl in all it’s beautifully Boricua glory… I may be a little biased. We dive deep into this week’s topic of RSD…. What’s that you may be wondering… RSD stands for Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria. It’s a very real condition that affects many neurodivergent people. Ourselves included. Who Wants To Get Choked Out?!

We know life is absolute Shit right now. Not only are we all dealing with our own personal crisis with the economy, our healthcare and our way of life. Some of us are still trying to continue our healing journey whilst also being bombarded with the world burning around us. There’s only so much we can do… So, this week we discuss how we try to calm our overwhelmed nervous system and for many of us (especially those of us who are neurodivergent) we have a tendency to take it back to what brought us joy when we were kids. We dive into what makes us feel calm, safe and in touch with our inner child. We also learn what happens if you try to put your arm or hand near Corinne’s neck… Don’t do it… Sit back and try to distress, even if it’s just for an hour!

What a start to the New Year! We’re not gonna get into politics in the description but, we stand with the people Minnesota and we will fight to defend our freedom. What we won’t fight is bad friends that no longer deserve a spot in our lives. Yeah, I know… we took a wide turn there… There’s no good way to transition from a war against our own government to a podcast that helps us keep our minds sane as we navigate our new lives in a military state. Good Times, we know. So as we wait for the revolution to begin….. spend some time with Corinne & Kevin as they welcome wife (you’ll figure it out) Michelle on to talk about the difficult but necessary task of cutting people out from our lives. 2025 Tried Us But, Did You Die?

Guys, we didn’t die… welp, not yet… 2025 was yet another Shit show we would like to forget. We fought hard to survive the storm that was 2025 and we’ve decided we’re not bringing any bullshit with us into 2026.
