Descripción

A reflective episode that explores what it means for us today to grow into life. This is a discussion that works as a thought prompt, as well as opening up on my part about why I named my business Grow Into Life.  I touch on the challenges of navigating life from conception through to adulthood, as well as noticing other struggles we face such as learning necessary skills to be a part of community and society.  Also noticing obstacles that we face when we are going through an education journey; finding our feet as adults; encountering big changes, such as, new members of family joining our nuclear family arrangement or experiencing the pain of bereavement. Also navigating burnout and overwhelm.  The episode ultimately leads to an invitation, where people who want to get intentional about embracing a wellbeing lifestyle are welcome to email me at:  Elizabeth.papalia@growintolife.com  or book, a free 20 minute conversation through my website:  www.growintolife.com Hope you experience a spark of useful thoughts,  Best,  Elizabeth 🌻 Email: Elizabeth.papalia@growintolife.com Website: www.growintolife.com

What’s so important about connection? Episode Three

An episode that explores why connection seems to be bubbling up as an important buzzword for 2026.  Connection has been hugely important in my life having lived in five countries. It always becomes apparent how connection is a sort of form of wealth. When you go to a new country and set up life there, you’re so much more of an asset to know within the community, if you know other people within the community who are useful… and it’s not just useful with different skills and services, but also good people: people we can trust.  Within this episode, I touch on the value of connection how it gives us a sense of belonging, grounding and purpose. Exploring also how not having connection and living more of an isolated life can be unhealthy for us, especially potentially over a long period of time.  I then take it further to discuss ways to find meaningful connection in person and online as well as  touching on the five ways to well-being and how connection can be a key catalyst, in terms of achieving the different elements of the five ways to well-being, which are: to give,  to learn, to be active, to slow down and to connect.  Tasks:  - ask people you care about… what do you enjoy/value about spending time with me?  - consider your connections and check that they are in alignment with what matters to you!  Did you know?  You can join the Grow Into Life Community on WhatsApp for £6.99/m  You can book a Well-being Assessment with me for £149 for 90minutes or £249 for 2-3hours. Helping you know where to focus your energy in 2026.  Hope you experience a spark of useful thoughts,  Best,  Elizabeth 🌻 Email: Elizabeth.papalia@growintolife.com Website: www.growintolife.com
