Lauren is joined by her World & European Rowing Champion partner, Gregg Stevenson for this episode.  Shortly after joining the armed forces Gregg’s life was changed forever when during a deployment to Afghanistan in 2009. Whilst on foot patrol, he stepped on an explosive device losing both legs. Gregg shares his story of this moment and how he rebuilt his identity after having it stripped away.  In 2023 Lauren and Gregg joined forces to represent Great Britain in the PR2 mixed double sculls. Tyrone Brennand: How Fitness Saved My Life

Lauren is joined by Tyrone Brennand along with a live audience at the Adidas London Studio to share his story of how fitness saved his life and took him from a dark path to becoming a successful business owner whilst teaching others to do the same. Despite being told that he would never succeed as a young person, Ty was determined to prove those people wrong. He went on to breakaway from gang affiliation and built his own personal training business training celebrities such as Maya Jama & Nathalie Emmanuel.
