Hi there! Welcome to The Healing Paws Podcast, episode number one! Our passion to create this podcast comes from our dedication to elevating the field of service and therapy animals by creating awareness of how and why animal assistance can be utilized, educating the public on how interact with service dogs and their handlers in public respectfully, teaching how to volunteer or become involved with your local organizations, and provide an medical and evidence-based approach to the field.  In this first episode we provide you with a little more background about each of us, our involvement with The Miss America Organization, our connections to service and therapy programs, and our goals for this podcast!
