How I Visited a Psychiatric AKA Research Facility

Early this morning, I had the urge to unpack my psychiatric unit visit. There were some experiences that seemed too real to be a hallucination. I am not sure at this time why I am recording these episodes, but the message is clear. This needs to be unpacked.
