In Pastor Joseph's message this morning, he talked about three things that take away from our hope: panic, self-pity, and negativity. He also talked about three things that build up our hope: looking to Jesus, surrounding ourselves with the body of Christ, and an earnest prayer.  If you're at the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on, and make that knot hope: hope at the end of the rope.
