Welcome back to another episode! If you're reading this, and tuning in I am so happy you're here. Last two months have definitely taken me by storm. From trying to find a new job, moving across country, and trying to completely focus on my podcast, I started to lose myself in the process. Finally regaining my focus, and giving my energy to what means the most to me right now... which is myself <3.

Life Update: Healing, No Contact, New Beginnings

Welcome back to my Pod. After taking a long unintentional break, it feels really good to vent and be open about where I'm at in my healing journey. I fell off from a few commitments I made to myself but it happens and I am doing what I can to give myself the space and grace to get back into what I need to do for me. Avoiding Situationships

I have stunted my own growth on multiple occasions from allowing certain people to drain my energy. It is so important when you are finding yourself, and especially when you're healing to be conservative with your time, and energy. This episode really highlights how situationships start, how badly it ends and, learning to point out red flags the first time they pop up.

Female Friendships In Your 20s

I would describe this weeks episode to be more like a vent session. Being in your 20s is already hard to navigate, it's so important to have good people around you who genuinely want to see you win, and who care about you in general.
