Bring It On!! 1 through 100? So good. (Even the one with Solange.) So back in March I didn’t have a vehicle for the week so I binged all of them on Hulu. Needless to say with cheerleading, it is an art. Intertwined with expression, dance, and gymnastics.. cheerleading is inspiring especially competitively. Happy MLK Day! Happy NEW YEAR! Welcome to a fresh start with a never before seen year… 2023. * It’s been since the second week in December last year since I released new content. Three weeks sounds better. :) I hope you had a wonderful holiday season with family, friends, and loved ones. KARMA is OUR* BOYFRIEND

What goes around comes back around. (I mean I thought JT told ya.?) Probably the most catchy song off the MIDNIGHTS album by Taylor Swift, is Track #11 • Karma. Some of us believe that KARMA is a real “bitch”. Others don’t believe in KARMA at all. Is it the wind? A hero, or knight in shining armor? Or maybe just a force you shouldn’t mess with? All I know is KARMA is my boyfriend, too. KARMA is INTENTION + ACTION yielding a reaction. It is the mirror / feedback system depending on our own level of conscious awareness. So here a little bonus episode all about what KARMA is to me on my journey to tie in the previous released Episode 13 and keep the Swift train rollin’.  I love how one of my favorite, catchy pop songs currently has a very poetic and important meaning conveyed between the words and the beat.
