In plain language, it describes a contest between energies or influences that keep people reactive and disconnected versus those that help people become more clear, grounded, and spiritually aligned. Now while the term “frequency war” is referenced as a metaphor, it also references real, measurable ways electromagnetic and nervous‑system rhythms can influence physiology and mental states, so both symbolic and literal meanings apply here.
