Becoming a Yoga Teacher at 29

Like many of us, Melissa spent her 20s on the firm and familiar corporate track. She had a great job at a big company but she couldn't shake the feeling that her calling lay outside the confines of the office walls. At 29, she took a sabbatical and embarked upon the journey of yoga training that led to her living her dream life.  My conversation with Melissa was such an uplifting experience. Melissa's astute and instructive viewpoints on perception, trusting yourself and overcoming the fear of uncertainty really encouraged me to think about how I am much more capable of achieving my goals than I may think. Relocating at 29

Rachael has spent the past nine years living abroad and, in that time, she grew to find a community and a career that has shaped who she is today. As she approaches thirty, she is now on the verge of moving back to the UK and is preparing for a whole new set of challenges that come with this new leap. Discovering your own path at 30

Poppy Dontree's early 30s were not what she expected them to be. The path she had laid out for her professional and personal life involved a lot more disappointment than she was prepared for. I think a lot of us can relate to this and that's why Poppy's journey of reinventing her expectations and her mindset is so inspiring. Poppy refused to let age and other people's opinions stop her from going against the grain in order to achieve her own goals in her own way. Becoming a Playwright at 45

Siân Rowland had established a successful career in education before council cuts led her to explore different avenues. Siân began writing as a form of therapy and it led her to discovering her love for the many ways words could be used to tell a story.
