Inner Work, Outer World
You walk into a room and know something is off before anyone has said a word. You sense what's underneath what someone is telling you. And somewhere along the way, you were told you read into things — and slowly, you learned to second-guess what you sense. In today's story, Finnegan walks into an ordinary morning in the forest and immediately knows something is wrong. He has spent years learning to doubt this kind of perception. Today, for reasons he can't quite name, he doesn't. This episode is about what happens to sensitive people who learn early that their inner knowing is unwelcome information — how the doubt gets installed, what it costs to spend a lifetime running every perception through an inner filter, and what it actually means to come home to your own perception as a legitimate source of information. Closing practice: the next time you sense something, give your perception a few minutes of space before you do anything with it. Don't override it. Don't act on it. Just let it exist. steadyselfschool.com [http://steadyselfschool.com]
