Innerventions
Can you write an entire book on the people and situations that disturb your peace and impede your success? If so, I hope you’re the main character. Spoiler alert, you’re the ONLY character. Today, I offer one of the most powerful innerventions that triggered massive transitions in my journey. There was a time my life was utter chaos, more internally than externally, although both were a hot ass mess. I had no idea how to achieve peace as my insides felt like a slow and continuous burn and churn. I was anxious and having panic attacks so bad that I endured several trips to the emergency room. It was my parents, my husband, my kids, my job, my neighborhood – or so I thought. My transition to deep peace and genuine happiness started the moment I asked hard questions about my role in my own suffering. This episode is a hot mic moment sharing my thoughts on the critical need to ask ourselves, “Am I the architect of my own suffering?” For those interested in the Self Care episodes I mention in the recording [Spotify]: Ep. 002 | Self-Care Part 1: The Problem with Self-Care [https://open.spotify.com/episode/3MyO9BSaEhD1pT5vB18hNv] Ep. 006 | Self-Care Part 2: What’s God Got To Do With It?
