34: AI-hardware, Rivian vans, Amazon delivery robots, the PostHog DeskHog, and smart home automation

This episode was all about hardware (almost). From smart composting / recyclers like Mill and Lomi that turn kitchen scraps into usable dirt (they grind bones, too), to AI training platforms like Gentle Rain for enhancing workplace skills through role-playing. We also explore gadgets like the Post Hog Desk Hog analytics display, which we’ve already ordered parts for. 32: Cyber scooters, bio computing, futuristic toothbrushes, and Meta glasses live demo

In this episode, Shawn gives us an IRL demo of the Auto Brush, and Gavin reviews the Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses (spoiler, they’re amazing). We chat about the Cyber Scooter, or, ahem, the Infinite Machine P1, a digital storytelling project on Chinese Canadian restaurants, a customized bike workshop from Belgium, and a health platform aiming to extend human health. We also click around a tool called Shadow Map which helps you visualize sunlight and shadows on Earth to better plan solar projects (pretty cool stuff). We intentionally veered away from our usual AI-heavy content, just since it felt pretty rinse and repeat as of late. 31: Tesla vs Slate auto, AI dev tools, Sidekick CLI, and AI and bioweapons
