What's going on?? How are you? It's been quite a while since I've touched this podcast because I was trying to figure out if I was going to continue it, change it, or delete it all together. I've found myself in situations where there were so many activities that I wanted to try but didn't have anyone to do them with. So I never did them. Today, I talk about pushing away anxieties about doing things by yourself and pushing yourself to experience the things you want to do.
